Q.
Which tooth paste is good for baby? My daughter is 2years old and I'm using Chicco dentifricio toothpaste for her two times, morning and night. Is this a good paste for the baby, also she has not yet learned to spit it out after I brush, though i try my best to clean the paste with a soft wet clothes. Still little bit of paste she swallow, is it ok or it can cause any problem? Need your suggestions..... Thanks.....

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. yes it's ok if it's fluoride free. you should brush baby's teeth as soon as they erupt. you can use fingerbrush now. also GI've some water to drink after each feed so that it will clean baby's mouth. introduce your baby to teeth hygiene as soon as possible. its the habit which starts from family. brush together, use colorful finger brush, have pictures with cartoons brushing teeth, eating healthy on walls.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old child7 years agoA. hello... you should use flouride free toothpaste as long as baby does not know to spit after brushing..flouride free toothpaste include meme,chicoo or pigeon...once it Learns you can start using pediflor advised by my doctor....
