which time is good to give rice , carrot, beetroot and potato during night or afternoon?

Fruits: Apple, Avocado, Banana, Pears, muskmelon, Peaches, Plums, Prune. Vegetables: Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato. Cereals & Grains: Rice, Ragi, Barley, Semolina/Suji/Rava, sabudhana/Sago/Tapioca, Ragira/Amaranth/Phool Makhana, Quinoa.

Rather than this Now you baby is more than one year old and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions now on you should just try to give daily routine food
