ExpertPriyanka BhawalkarNutritionist4 years agoA. hi mom the goods which u can introduce are u can start with Rice and dal water, Vegtable purees ,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of raw or ragi ,mashed banana ,chicoo..start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.
Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mum at 6 month you can start with basic diet that includes fresh fruit puree is light banana or Apple boiled potatoes Dal ka pani Rice Water Suji kheer Or cerelace all of these are good when started in a little quantity initially and then keep on increasing the quantity gradually
