Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Complexion is genetic. Oil soap lotion etc hardly help in complexion change. Skin tone keeps changing as the baby grows. Keep the baby clean hygienic hydrated. Drink lots of water and also drink a glass of water before feeding the baby. Apply a paste of milk and rose petals before Bath
