A. dominantly sleep on ur left, but you can sleep ocassionally on ur right. the reason being dat if u sleep left the blood flw is good to the baby, also it will help u nt 2 get acidity. i knw its difficult to sleep just 1 side all night i hv been thru dat ☺️ . pack ur self with a lot of pillows n use them behind ur back, to support ur neck, beneath ur tummy, between ur legs( near d knees) and under ur calves.

A. All the best dear. It's a tough stage. I Remember being up all night in last few weeks before delivery, Don't stress, be hydrated, walk around To stay calm. And while you are almost in the last stage, you can make use of this time and finish off with basic shopping before the baby arrives. This list I have prepared basis my experience and is very specific. Do like and comment if it's useful ! http://www.gomommy.in/checklist-what-to-buy-before-the-baby-arrives/

A. You can use an easy chair when ever you have this breathing difficulty. I used to sleep on an easy chair with pillow at the back and with my feet elevated on a small stool during the later months of my pregnancy. Breathing difficulty happen because Your enlarged uterus with baby is compressing your lungs. When you sit upright, uterus would come down a bit and the lungs will have more room to expand. One position you have to avoid is sitting cross legged. Blood supply to the foetus from our body starts from our lower thigh ( near to knee ) keeping legs crossed would obstruct blood supply to the baby
