You can use Cetaphil shampoo but shampoo are not going to be enough you’ll have to take care of your hair with proper oil and also you can apply onion coconut oil that you can prepare at home you can also add some drops of rosemary oil oil into that that’s very good and also start with iron and omega three supplement
