which salt is good to give for 1 year baby...himalayan pink crystal salt or normal tata salt

Dr. MANOJ KUMAR YADAVGuardian of a 6 yr 7 m old girl6 years agoA. you can use the normal simple iodised Salta for your children also you can use the himalayan salts also as they have more minerals along with sodium and potassium.but use in moderation and not excessively
