snehaMom of a 4 yr 5 m old boy1 day agoA. Avoid bournvita or horlicks, they have chemicals and a lot of refined sugar look for clean options since i'm also a mother. You can use nutrimix little joys or whole truth. personally i use little joys as they have more flavors my child could love and ragi bajra and lab report they send with every pack

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hi avoid giving milk powders. not good as it contains preservatives. better to give banana shake , mango ,or almond or any other shake with fruits. u can also give haldi milk.
