ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. no need to use pillow . if its excessively flat, consult your doctor. otherwise once baby starts turning his head, it usually evens out as skull bones are not fused together.B give tummy time everyday. have a nice day

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 years agoA. Use musrurd pillow. Do head massage properly every day before bath Change baby's position frequently while sleeping. It will help. Can use baby pillow in a night time while sleeping. As age progresses head will become round bcz skull bone will take time to fuse.
