Firstcry user8 years agoA. Pacifiers are mostly used by parents when the baby is crying. However the pacifier should be removed when the baby falls asleep, otherwise may turn into a habit, just like sucking one own thumb. NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old child8 years agoA. Hello.. You need to buy a BPA free pacifier... You may choose any of BPA free pacifiers like first step, chicoo, meemee or any... But don't use a pacifier during breastfeeding time... You can check on first cry app for the same
