which one is better junior protinex or pediasure, my daughter is 4 yrs old. please suggest. Thanks.

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children6 years agoA. It's better to avoid giving packaged health drinks to the baby. Give a proper balanced diet to the baby. Can add some dry fruit powder to the milk and give it to the baby. Packaged drinks contain additives and also has high sugar content so better avoid it. Include dry fruits ghee full cream milk all seasonal fruits and vegetables dairy products etc in the baby's diet Give some play time to the baby. Encourage the baby to play outdoor games
