which one is better for baby of 6 month t start with nestum or cerelac?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you should give only breastmilk till completion of six months and even after that start with liquids only like dal ka Pani or rice water or fruit purees.
start semi solid from next month.. both are good.. cerelac as well as nestum

it is always best to prefer homemade healthy food
start with food like mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest.
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables fruit and rice
