Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of a 8 yr 8 m old girl7 years agoA. Hi, normal fresh oats are good of any brand. You can have oats during any meal time. they are good source of fiber, iron, vitamin B and carbs. Its good for baby, its healthy and good for brain development and overall weight growth. So you can feed it with vegetables or plain with milk. etc.
