Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you can use sebamed soap butin this query its difficult to comment here without proper assessment and clinical examination in such a case sso it will be better if you consult your nearest ddoctor to give proper suggestions about it proper treatment is possible only after proper diagnosis is formed afterh knowing proper history & clinical examination accordiing to the symptoms so please consult nearby doctor once.

Thn It’s better that you consult a dermatologist because if your child is already allergic to things and allergies developing that fast then don’t go for any soap without consulting your doctor consult a skin specialist and go ahead with it and for your allergies please take a homeopathic treatment
