Only vitamin D supposed to be here until one year of age, and until the six months breastmilk will be sufficient and beyond six months, you have to give different sorts of food but still, you can breast-feed, which will still cover the dietary requirement along with Diet.
Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! No supplements, multi vitamins are necessary for infants until and unless prescribed by Doctor as breast milk contains all minerals, vitamins.
Except Vitamin D ,so vitamin D3 drops are suggested daily until one year .
From 6th month onwardds start semi solid foods fruit, vegetable puriee, mashes, cerelac, porridges, curd, kichdi which will balance the nutritional requirement.
