ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. dear parent supplements or health drinks are not required they are high in sugar and may have added flavour, do not inculcate healthy eating habits a balanced, homemade diet having variety of food group is adequate to support optimum health and nutrition you can increase nutrition of milk by adding nuts powder like almond cashew nut pistachio, or dry fruit like dates and figs or making fruit smoothie . Also give milk products like curd cheese paneer for convenience and quick cooking you can also prepare a ready to eat cereal pulse mix at home

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. hi mam no need to give any formula feed to your child please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please give daily sun light exposure
