Which milk is good for 7 and 5 years kids plz advice

both of them are equally good.
either you directly buy it from a dairy or packet milk that is your personal choice.

U can give cow milk or buffaflo milk to ur baby. Both are good. U can give any of these.
Give three proper meals in a day to ur baby. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups.
