Which milk is better for 2 year old. Cow milk or amul toned milk

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving .d (when you boil the animal milk and then cool it you can remove the upper layer of fat and it becomes a toned milk)

Both are good you can go ahead with that you can go ahead with either animal milk but you have to go for full cream packet milk if you want to go for Amul also as that is going to be the right choice that you can go ahead with as that’s healthier then tone pasteurise in this age
