#asktheexpert which milk is best Haider toned Mother Dairy Milk or cow milk my daughter is more than one year old please suggest me which milk is best for her

A. hey mommy both these brands are good and have good reviews. just amke sure which ever milk you decide on uta full cream cow milk until the baby turns two years old. also make sure you limit milk intake yo 400ml.
