which milk is best between cow or buffalo milk??? I have listen cow milk is good for mind n incresce memory for kids it this true??? plz help me??????

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. you can use that Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Hi, Cows milk has more water content in comparison to buffalo's milk and is easier to digest hence it is always better to start with introducing the child to cow's milk and then later on to buffalo's milk. Both are healthy and nutritious , buffalo's milk is more strengthening and can be introduced later.
