which milk I can give to my 5 years old boy plain cow milk, Amul toned or full cream. previously I was giving cow milk. Now I m not able to get cow milk in west delhi

Then Give buffalo’s milk to the child and also you can go for full cream packet milk which is of Amul I would not advise you to go for any other brand like mother dairy is also fine because it is mostly available in Delhi that’s the brand which is mostly available so you can go for that also
