which medicine best in fever,my son is suffering today from fever

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. you can give paracetamol to the child for fever and this medicine can be repeated maximum 4 times per day.
it is given according to the weight of the child and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
important to do body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration and decrease body temperature.
keep the child in cool envidronment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p)for fever is required ord not will be told by the doctor
