ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Massage your baby especially in the winters to help improve the blood flow and immunity levels. You can use olive oil, almond oil, mustard oil or seasam oil to massage your baby. Make sure you close the door and keep the room warm when you are massaging your baby during massaging. Alternatively, you can massage your baby before bedtime to help him calm down and sleep better.

Bhawna ShahMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy7 years agoA. Coconut oil is no doubt an unbeatable oil but The one I use has a mixture of all those essential oils which is required for small babies massage. So always prefer that which is actually required by your baby. The brand of massage oil is MamaEarth which I used for my baby. it's strengthen the bones and muscles.
