whatever milk you are using at home..
you can start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually after the completion of 3 year you can start off with the normal milk itself like whatever comes in the pasteurized milk packet you can boil well and give it to you baby as well as other food items also you can give rather than using the formula feed
