Try to include all home cooked traditional recipes that are non spicy for the baby
Give 2 to 4 meals a day from recipes like dal rice ghee, khichadi ghee, upma, sheera, idli sambar mash potato boiled, egg boiled, banana mashed, dates mashed, paratha, chilla., ragi porridge
