A. Hello, It totally depends on which flavour your child takes liking for. Maybe buy small package and test it out. You could also try out home-made mixes of dryfruits, saffron/turmeric, raagi as commercially available milk powders contain loads of sugar, preservatives and unnecessary calories.

A. Avoid giving health drinks to the baby if the baby is having solids properly. All the three meals in between snacks all seasonal fruits and vegetables dairy products etc. Include dry fruits ghee full cream milk all seasonal fruits and vegetables in the baby's diet and also give some physical activities to the baby. Can give any flavour which the baby likes to drink. Chocolate or vanilla etc
