ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. commercially available ready to eat food are not recommended as they contain added sugar, flavor. breast milk is most nutritious, supports growth, is safe and complete food for baby. introduction of top food before 6 months complete can increase the risk of infection and even reduce milk supply. after baby completes 6 months, you can prepare homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
