Hi can choose any soft bristle comb meant for babies seborrheic dermatitis or cradle cap, It causes white coloured scaly crusts on babys scalp.It is a self resolving condition. Treatment is massage after keeping coconut or almond oil overnight on it.Then brush it with soft comb to loosen the scales. wash with mild shampoo twice a week
