which is healthier?...soaked almonds or raw ones?

A. hello dear the almonds are said to be had overnight soaked as they interact with the nutrients when not soaked. So better to consume the soaked ones as these are only beneficial for us.

A. soaked ones . All varieties of fruits, roasted potato sticks, yogurt bowl, sooji/besan/atta laddoo dryfruits, dates, cutlets are great to start with. Give finger foods and let your kid handle food, that's how eating will be enjoyed. Avoid junk foods, chips, chocolates, biscuits which may cause unhealthy weight gain and other health related issues.

A. In kids giving soaked almonds are better. The best way is to give nutritious diet to the child including milk 500ml daily woth other milk products, overnight dialed almonds 2 to 3 daily in the morning, seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables, lentils. Proteins are very important for good growth so give nuts, peas, beans, lentils, egg, fish as all these are rich source of protein.

A. Hi .soaked one.. Nuts needs to be tested individually before powdering and offering together. When you try the first time, offer it in the first half of the day and look out for allergies like rashes, itching, redness, loosies, etc. Please Check with your pediatrician in case of such allergies.

A. Hi and good evening both are good for health almonds are a rich source of vitamin and proteins Its just that soaked almonds are easier to chew for babies give a balanced diet containing all food groups all seasonal fruits and vegetables

A. Hello and good evening soaked almonds are definitely better almonds are considered as a natural brain food and that for better for the overall growth and development of the child you can give other dry fruits also
