which is better green gram or moong dal for 7m baby

A. Give moong daal only till 8 months.. after than you can give all pulses. you can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana... Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

A. Hello and good afternoon both are good and at this stage of will be good if you are able to give all kinds of pulses to a baby it is very important for the proper overall growth and development
