which is better for baby constipation? rice cereal or wheat cereal?

if baby is constipated I would highly recommend you to introduce lots of fruits and vegetables to babies diet you can try giving palak soup or other vegetable puree to soften the stool rather than giving processed foods.. wheat is is high in fibre as compared to rice so you can prefer giving wheat flour
