Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. wanted to know he is crying at night for passing gas and if he doesn't poop for two days I used to give daily night 5 to 7 drops of popi drops which is a combination of Simethicone, dill and fennel drops.. but wanted to know whether I can give that or neopeptine drops
