Which is best folic acid tab,folinal plus or sysfol plus??in third trimester,both suggested by my gynaecologist,she told to take either so which shud i take??

Follow your doctor’s instructions diligently and take the medication as prescribed. Avoid self medication in any case. Keep your doctor posted about any developments and changes.
