Hello dad For new moms it takes time to recovery from the normal or C section delivery A healthy diet with enough proteins, healthy fats , fruits , grains is more important Adding Nuts powder , kesar or Ragi in the milk is more beneficial than Horlicks which is very much processed

shreya goelMom of a 8 yr old boy5 years agoA. Hello mom Horlicks is not suggested to increase breast milk. It will not help in increasing breast milk at all. Add more milk products in your daily diet take at least 2 to 4 cup milk in a day. And also add jeera and Ajwain in your regular diet. All these will help to increase breast milk.
