ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. Hello .it's best to avoid commercial health drinks. The best health drink for a todller would be homemade health mix powder drinks like dry fruit and nuts powder. Avoid commercial preparations as they are loaded with sugar and preservatives.
