ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. The best health drink for more than 2 year old would be homemade health mix powder drinks like dry fruit and nuts powder. You can prepare these mixes in batches and use them daily to flavour milk. These mixes contain millets, lentils and dry fruits like cashews, almonds that are highly nutritious and devoid of any artificial flavouring, additives and preservatives. Avoid commercial preparations as they are loaded with sugar and preservatives.
