A. dear mom Vitamin D and b12 are not available from fruits Vitamin d3 is predominantly produced in the body on exposure to sunlight some amount are also available from milk and Milk products mushrooms, eggs, fatty fish, b12 is available from non veg food sources and fermented foods

A. good morning all citrus fruits are considered to be rich in multivitamin it is a great source of multivitamin if you give fresh mousmi as well as fresh lime to your baby you can add a dash of linlme to every food that you are giving to the child
