Hello ma’am Fruits do their own job and they are very much good for health there Is in fibre and vitamin C so you should definitely give good amount of fruits to your child but it is recommended to give it it during the daytime and on room temperature. Apart from that also I would like to tell you that if you are looking for any snack recipes for evening then you may search it on YouTube or Google
