A. Hi You can mix flavours and add varieties at 9 months of age like you can start mix vegetable khichdi,Veg daliya , Dal chapati blended,curd rice,mix veggies puree,mix fruits puree,egg yolk,egg omelette,vegetable chillas,paneer,cheese, also all seasonal fruits and vegetables allowed.

A. hi... actually each seasonal fruits and vegetables as it's own content of nutrition things in it and it depends on us too so according to me all seasonal fruits are good because it has it's own specifications and speciality

A. hello dear baby keep on changing their skin colour speciality in the age of 1 year and moreover it is heriditary for the healthy skin every nutritional diet is important for the baby so tired to give Breast milk or formula Iron-fortified cereal like rice, oats mixed with milk Fruit Pureed like banana, peaches, pears, plum, mango. Mix two fruits together to taste it better. Vegetable pureed (completely cooked) like sweet potato, carrots, squash, beans and potato. Pulse soup after boiling pulse in sufficient water. Crumbled cheese
