Which fruits and vegetables can we give to baby that would be highly beneficial for them ?

A. Very honestly all fruits and vegetables have their own benefits so there is no specific fruit I can tell you that this is going to be the best we always suggest you to go for the seasonal ones of course but you should leave whatever you would want to offer to the child
