ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, the most healthy way to gain your baby’s weight would be to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. It is better to avoid giving formula. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
