Which formula milk is best for 7 months old? My sister is facing a very low bm so she wants to switch to a good healthy formula milk.

Hello Similac advance is a very good brand you can go ahead with that but since your sister is starting for the first time stage one is going to be good and stage two should be in introduced after the age of 8 to 9+ HI will be friendly with stage one and then you can go ahead with giving stage two
