ExpertShyamala SathiaseelanLactation Educator and Counselor6 years agoA. Dear Mamma, at one year old you have to stop both formula and bottles.. Please continue to breastfeed as long as baby and you are comfortable. If you are starting work just express for a month after which primary source of nutrition becomes solids and you can breast feed when you are with the baby
