after that you can start formula or other liquids.
for now breast milk is sufficient.
mother should take iron calcium regularly

Nan pro or lactogen both are good.
but make sure not to give formula until your breast milk supply is too low.
Please try to improve the quality of BM wit the help of ayurvedic remedies
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
Use more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
