regularly massage with coconut oil or almond oil
daily at bed time

Author of questionMom of 2 children5 years agoA. for cracked heels I suggest you moms co foot healing cream with shea butter and essential oil like peppermint oil which helps to reduce the dryness and cracked heels with regular use

U can try himalya foot care cream. It will heal the cracks and make it soft and smooth.
Also wear socks for sometime after u apply the cream. Avoid moving barefoot as much as possible. Take care
