Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You can avoid citrus fruits, non veg, outside milk, nuts in general, egg whites, honey until one year of age. After one year u can slowly start giving everything that u eat as a family may be in a less spicier version. Always follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods.
