Which foods is good for my 2year 3month old daughter...

A. dear mum, for your 2 years 3 months old daughter, give all the foods that are prepared in the house. the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables, green leafy vegetables , fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer. nuts and dry fruits. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods.
