which foods are best to feed my 6months baby boy? can anyone suggest please?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. start with liquid only like dal ka pani or Rice water or fruit purees along with breastmilk on demand i slowly switch to semi solid mashed meals like khichdi Dalia oats etc in form of purees

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as it is start ,give food items like warm mung dal Pani, rice water , different vegetables and fruits puree or in well Mashed form. you can prepare homemade cerelac, sheera,dal rice etc too. but make sure it should be well cooked and well mashed.
