Start with lots of water.
Give apple with rind,pear with rind,prunes,ripe banana,mangoes,water melons,carrots and green leafy vegetables to reduce the constipation

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
