Fruit and vegetables puriee or mashes; cerelac, mashed dal rice, curd rice, porridge, kheer with formula milk, malts, roti pieces with dal,curd,pan cakes.. If baby started teething then you can give steamed veggies as finger foods which ease from gum pain while teething..
